What is the Caribbean Culture Fund(CCF)?

The Caribbean Culture Fund (CCF) is a regional initiative designed to foster sustainable growth and innovation in the cultural and creative industries. We support artists, creative entrepreneurs, and cultural organizations that are shaping the Caribbean’s unique cultural landscape. From music and dance to film, heritage preservation, and digital storytelling, we believe in the power of culture to transform lives and communities.

Which countries have already been eligible for grants?

Barbados, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Curacao, Cayman Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat, St Kitts and Nevis, Suriname

How do artists and creatives get access to funding?

Creatives and cultural organizations gain access to funding through the CCF’s Calls for Proposals, which are usually communicated through our website, social media and newsletter. We also share the Call for Proposals with Organizations across the region.

How will I know if I am eligible for funding?

The Call for Proposals are aimed at different groups (whether countries of cultural organizations) for each call.

Can I apply as an individual artist or do I have to be a part of an organization?

Depending on the Theme and details of the particular grant, you can apply as a an individual or a group.

How do I apply?

Creatives are invited to apply through our Submittable link once the call is open. You will be asked to complete an Eligibility form to ensure that you will be able to access the available grants.

Is there any help to apply available?

Yes, videos are available on our YouTube channel that explain the application process, how to write a grant application and how to use our application platform, Submittable.

What happens if I am not eligible?

If you are not eligible, we encourage you to stay tuned to our website, social media and newsletter for the next call for proposals, as well as other funding opportunities through other grants we share.

Does the CCF announce the winners or only contacts them directly?

The CCF announces the winners publicly.

Does the CCF provide sponsorships or grants outside of the Call for Proposals?

The CCF does not provide sponsorships or monetary support outside of the grantees awarded from our Calls for Proposals.
